A US Peer Support Program
Peer Support
for
Business Aviation
Regardless of what you fly or how you operate, if you consider yourself part of the US Business Aviation community – the BizAvPeer Support Program is here for you.
Whether you fly business leaders, colleagues, patients, guests, or cargo, or support those that do, we understand the unique pressures that come with working in business aviation.
Being an aviator in this industry is both exciting and demanding - and dealing with the personal turbulence this inevitably brings, can be especially challenging at times.

The BizAvPeer Support Program is here to help you navigate those challenges. The service is FREE & CONFIDENTIAL to BizAvPeer members.

Our peer supporters are working aviation professionals like you. They understand the pressures, responsibilities and demands of the job, and are there to listen and support you – in confidence and without judgment.
Sometimes, talking to someone who understands the business aviation environment can make all the difference. By speaking with a trained peer who understands the realities of the profession within the US, many issues that can initially seem overwhelming can be explored, managed and resolved before they become more serious problems.
Whether you're dealing with work-related pressures, personal challenges, relationships, fatigue, stress, career concerns or simply having a difficult time, you don't have to navigate it alone.

The BizAvPeer Support Program is brought to you by the leading specialists in aviation peer support and psychological wellbeing,
The Center for Aviation Psychology.

The program operates to the highest standards of confidentiality - your personal information and the content of your conversations with a peer supporter are not shared your employer, an aviation authority or any other organisation without your consent, except where there is a clear and immediate risk of serious harm and disclosure is legally required.
* YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY AND TRUST MATTER TO US MOST *

Using this Service
The people using this service contact us because they are experiencing a difficulty in their professional or personal lives and would value talking it through with the support of a trained peer - in confidence and independently of their employer. These difficulties, however large or small, typically include:
Training challenges
Life & career stressors, including training challenges
Relationship & family problems
Fatigue
Bereavement
Financial struggles
Physical and/or mental health concerns
How does it work?
To keep things simple and secure, the service is provided over the phone. You let us know, via the Speak to a Peer page, that you would like to speak to a peer and we will put you in contact with one of our trained peers who will then arrange a mutually convenient time to talk.
The initial conversation will be to understand how they can best support you - or which direction to point you in. They are supported by our US based, licensed Mental Health Professional from the Center for Aviation Psychology.
